Kimmelman

I agreed with Kimmelman when he was explaining how important art is in everyday life. Without art our lives would be extraordinarily plain and boring. Everywhere you look there is some sort of art work, whether its buildings, signs, cars, clothes, everything you look at is artwork and influences our ideas every second of our lives. also whether we know it or not we make artwork everyday as well and it makes our lives bright and energetic, like is said in the introduction that "art can make living a daily masterpiece."

One thing that I do not really understand about this article is how he constantly references the book. Also to me, who is not anywhere near an artist, I got very confused when he used words and some references that I had no idea about. I had to look up several of his words usage.
